I just recently took my nieces to the Cleveland Natural History Museum. My sister-in-law said that when her 2 ½-year-old came home, all she would say was, “Dinosaurs! Dinosaurs! Dinosaurs!” That's the part that excited her. What impressed me the most was the children's area in the bottom of the museum with a hands-on exhibit that is kid-friendly. They currently have a special African exhibit, including baskets with vegetables and different types of insects that you can look at through a magnifying glass. They had skins and shells that we could touch.

We go out to eat as a family every week. One of our favorites is Ruby Tuesday. We also like Applebee's, Friday's and Bennigan's because they are family-friendly types of places. They have kids' menus so our children don't have to try to choose off of an adult menu. |

I like when we go to the park. We go on the slide. It's got swings. It's got monkey bars. It has little kids. And yesterday I saw some birds! They were eating some food. |

My favorite family activity is going to the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. It's immense. There are all kinds of things to do outside, but if it's inclement weather, there are also indoor exhibits, such as the Rainforest. It's a beautiful area. |

Our favorite family activity is going to the Metroparks Zoo. The animals are great and so are the special programs, like Boo at the Zoo and Zoo Lights.

We go camping at a place outside a small town called Andover, on the Pennsylvania-Ohio border. We relax, sit around the campfire and barbeque. |
