Law of Attraction
By Michael J. Losier |
Published by Michael J. Losier Enterprises, Inc.
Have you ever noticed that sometimes, as you are thinking of someone you haven't talked to in a while, the phone rings, and it is that person? Or you have been considering getting a new job, and then all of a sudden the job you have been thinking about appears? Or you are planning a vacation and you think, “Everything will be perfect as long as I don't get sick!” and then you get a cold? Then you are experiencing the Law of Attraction.
The Law of Attraction states that you attract into your life those things that you give attention, energy and focus, whether positive or negative. Whatever is going on in your life, whether you like it or not, you have attracted. In Michael Losier's book, Law of Attraction: The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don't, he discusses how we can make the Law of Attraction work for us so that we can increase wealth and abundance, attract the ideal relationship, increase business and stop attracting things that we don't want.
This book is not just another one that discusses how our thoughts create our reality and then leave us being afraid that we may think the wrong things. It is actually a “how to” book. Losier shows us in a step-by-step procedure how we can identify our limiting beliefs, turn them around to create affirmations, then word the affirmations in such a way as to make them believable and workable. The end result is to create an energy field around our thoughts to truly attract what it is we want from the Universe.
The book is easy and enjoyable to read. It is complete with examples, worksheets and exercises. If you are frustrated and want more out of life, this is a book that may help you truly get what you want!.

My Gift of Light
By Sandy Wiltshire |
Published by Quality of Life Publishing Co.
On the evening of October 27, 1998, the author of My Gift of Light: A Bereaved Mother's Loving Pilgrimage from Skeptic to Psychic Medium, Sandy Wiltshire, received the heartbreaking news that her eldest daughter Kim had been killed in an automobile accident. Until that moment in time, she had been a regular suburban mom, never giving much thought to spiritual matters such as life after death. But, with the sudden death of her daughter, Sandy was thrown into the depths of despair and depression that only a parent losing a child could understand.
As time passed, Sandy could not accept that this was the end of her daughter's life, and she longed to know that Kim was okay and that her spirit did not die with her body. Sandy began a quest to find Kim on the other side as she learned to meditate, do automatic writing and find other ways to connect not only with Kim's spirit, but also the souls of others who have crossed over.
Sandy's loving pilgrimage from skeptical agnostic to professional psychic medium specializing in connecting bereaved parents with their children on the other side is convincingly told in the pages of My Gift of Light. It is a fascinating read, but it is so much more than that. My Gift of Light can lead the way for you to deepen you own spiritual growth and transformation. In the end this book is not only a great story but also a step-by-step guide to greater enlightenment. It offers hope and validation that life does continue after we transcend. If Sandy can access her psychic abilities to establish connection with those on the other side, perhaps anyone can!

The Hundred Year Life
By Randall Fitzgerald |
Published by Penguin Group (USA), Inc.
A couple of months ago, I reviewed Dr. Sherri Tenpenny's book, Fowl! Bird Flu, It's Not What You Think! The media and various health agencies would like us to think that the bird flu is a random viral mutation that is going to cause worldwide illness and death. In Dr. Tenpenny's book, she explains how the birds and some people are not dying from the virus alone, but rather from an interaction of the virus with chemical poisoning of the body due to dioxins.
In his heavily documented new book, The Hundred Year Lie, investigative journalist Randall Fitzgerald makes the case that our inner bodies – that is our physical bodies – are becoming as polluted as the air we breathe and the water in our oceans, lakes, streams and rivers. This chemical poisoning to which we are being subjected is destroying not only our health, but also the animals that inhabit this planet with us.
For the last 100 years, the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries have proclaimed that synthetic chemicals are safe and just as good for us as natural foods. Now, more than 1,000 new synthetic chemicals are added to our diets every year. Our bodies show the presence of more than 700 synthetic chemicals being stored in the fats and tissues. And there are more than 100,000 synthetic chemicals in our environment. The effects these chemicals are having on our health is becoming more evident with increased rates of cancers, mutations and neurological disorders – and the medical answer is to subject us to even more chemicals in the name of better health. With FDA approved drugs being the number-one cause of death in the U.S. today, this is hardly the answer.
People need to be aware of what is happening so that they can make informed decisions about their health. This includes eating more organic foods, avoiding synthetic anything and drinking pure water. Fitzgerald shares his remarkable experience of natural healing and provides guidelines, tips and practices to detoxify and redirect our energy toward a life of natural health, healing and well being. This is a very important book that should be on your “must read” list.

What is Bleep!?
By Rev. Tony Senf |
Captivating! Thought provoking! Informative! Insightful! Inspiring! And it didn't stop there. Although Down the Rabbit Hole (DRH) used many of the scenes from What the Bleep, it did so within a mixture of new and refreshing interviews and commentaries which brought a new context to the material. From the very beginning, an obviously deliberate theme of spirituality was woven into DRH exposing many more areas of commonality between spirituality and quantum physics. It also delivered a straightforward presentation of the history of the rise of western-organized religion and science with some explanation for their seeming divergence. Personally, I enjoyed DRH's very comprehensive documentation of our repeated behavior patterns and frequency of negative emotions being a chemical addiction. We are each the drug manufacturer, dealer and user, and it all takes place within our own body and brain. Like What the Bleep, it's a movie worth seeing again and again and again.
