Brian Jones is an artist and musician who has been practicing meditation for the past 36 years. He has traveled the world with his wife Christine, and both devote much of their time to teaching meditation. Brian owns "Festivo Gallery" in Little Italy.

Join Kim Koson, Trillium Creek’s yoga instructor, for a mini yoga lesson and discover how yoga can relieve physical and mental tension through gentle exercise.

Kim Koson has been a practitioner of yoga since the mid-80s. Since attaining certification and in addition to holding up to
10 classes a week, she has co-led week-long healing retreats with the Director of Integrative Yoga Therapy, assisted in integrative yoga therapy teacher training intensives and mentored yoga teacher trainees.

Human Immunology: Critical Aspects of Development Dr. Erin Holston
Dr. Holston will go over the significant aspects of the development of the immune system in the context of how one can best support his/her own health. The development and presence of childhood illnesses, gastrointestinal problems, cancer and chronic diseases will be discussed as Dr. Holston explains the difference between proper development and what typically occurs in our modern health care system. Suggestions for maintaining healthy immune development will be explained.

Dr. Erin Holston began studying herbal and alternative medicine in 1987. She has also studied with some of the world’s preeminent practitioners and physicians. In her private practice, she incorporates traditional naturopathic therapeutics, such as homeopathy and herbal medicine, with the most recent advances in natural medicine which include Auricular Medicine and Biotherapeutic Drainage.

Jon Grumbles was the most recent Executive Chef at Candle 79, an upscale vegan restaurant in Manhattan. He was previously the Executive Chef at French Meadow Bakery in Minneapolis and Candle Café in Manhattan. He is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Cookery School in Manhattan.
